All-season parking climate control means a single fleet specification that handles -30°C overnight cold to +48°C summer heat without engine idling at any point in the year. The architecture combines a battery parking AC (cooling) with a diesel night heater (warming) sharing the same chassis but separate energy paths.

No — heater runs on its own small 12V battery or starting battery with LVD; AC has its own auxiliary bank.

Not strictly required. Shore power accelerates AC battery recharge but the alternator handles recharge during normal driving.
