VETHY / FLEET AND OEM BUYER GUIDANCE
Turn a truck AC installation into a documented handover.
A repeatable truck parking AC installation needs an approved scope, model-specific instructions and a recorded acceptance check. A general article cannot replace installation drawings or establish a universal wiring arrangement.

Agree the scope before work starts
Identify the vehicle, unit, voltage, mounting kit and responsible installer. Clarify who supplies brackets, wiring, protective devices, batteries or charging changes and any required structural approval.
Record roof or split-system clearances, refrigerant routing where applicable and service access. Resolve missing installation dimensions before cutting or drilling.
Use the exact instructions
Match the installation manual to the unit and configuration. Have qualified personnel review structural, electrical and refrigeration work as applicable.
This guide gives no generic cable size, fuse value, roof-cutout size or charging procedure. Those values cannot safely be inferred from a similar product or photograph.
Document commissioning
Agree inspections and operating observations before handover. Record controls, airflow, drainage, mounting condition and the power-system configuration used during the check.
Photograph the finished installation and record deviations that have been approved. Correct unresolved issues before using the installation as a fleet standard.
Provide a useful operator pack
Include operating instructions, service information, configuration details, warranty terms and a fault-reporting route. Explain which checks are operator observations and which require a service technician.
Use the installation review checklist and support intake. No mobile-installation service, fixed price or replacement guarantee is established here.
