Typical OEM workflow for a truck builder or upfitter:

1. Brief – cab CAD, target voltage, target cooling capacity, certification scope, target volume.
2. Spec sheet – Vethy returns a draft spec and pricing within 5 working days.
3. Sample – 1 to 3 pre-production samples shipped for in-vehicle validation.
4. Tooling and certification – ECE R10, FCC, CE, E-mark, optional DOT testing.
5. Production and QA – 100% functional test, refrigerant pressure test, vibration test on sample lots.

Branding options include private label, custom artwork, custom remote control faceplate and custom wiring harness.

What is the minimum order quantity for OEM parking AC?

Stock SKUs ship from 10 units. OEM with custom artwork starts at 50 units. Tooling-level customization typically requires 500+ units to amortize the engineering effort.

Can you certify units for the European market?

Yes. Vethy can supply CE and ECE R10 EMC certification for EU buyers. Some certifications are recurring and are quoted with the order.

Do you private-label or only sell under the Vethy brand?

Both. Private-label is available from 50 units. Sister brand CoolDrivePro uses the same factory line for the North American market.

What is the payment term for OEM orders?

Standard term is 30% deposit on order, 70% on bill of lading. Letter of credit at sight is accepted for orders above USD 50,000.
