Consumable spare parts (stock items)
- Return-air filter – washable mesh, replace every 12 months in dusty fleets. Fits all VS02-PRO, VX3000SP, VM6000 Max, ZH800.
- Wireless RF remote – replacement remote (paired at factory or in field).
- Gasket kit – butyl tape + foam compression gasket + M8 stainless bolt set for re-install or leak repair.
- Drain hose kit – 4 corner drain extensions.
- Inline fuse – 40 A (12V) or 25 A (24V) blade fuse, 5-pack.
Serviceable spare parts (stocked for fleet partners)
- Evaporator BLDC fan motor – plug-and-play replacement, ~30 min job.
- Condenser BLDC fan motor – outdoor fan, plug-and-play.
- Control board (main) – pre-flashed with model firmware.
- Indoor temperature sensor – fixes E1 fault.
- Outdoor / condenser temperature sensor – fixes E2 fault.
- Adapter plate – for 380/400 mm oversize cutouts.
Refrigerant-side parts (certified tech only)
R410A refrigerant and compressor assembly are restricted to certified service partners. Contact us for the nearest authorized service center in your region.
Ordering and lead time
Consumable parts ship within 2 working days from stock. Serviceable parts: 5 to 10 working days. Fleet partners receive a recommended spare-parts package sized to truck count. Email info@vethy.com with model number and quantity, or apply via the distributor program.

Active models: 7 years from production date. Legacy models: 5 years from end-of-production.
