Parking AC Water Leakage: Condensate or Roof Seal?
Separate condensate-drain and roof-seal symptoms before requesting model-specific parking AC service.
Water inside the cab can come from a drainage problem, a roof seal or a different vehicle leak. Identify when and where the water appears before choosing a repair.
Record the conditions
Note whether water appears during rain, only during AC operation, after washing or when the vehicle is parked on a slope. Photograph the interior location and exterior installation. Have the installer inspect drainage and sealing using the approved mounting design; do not drill a new drain hole or obstruct an existing drain.
What to send to support
Include the model nameplate, serial number, voltage, vehicle model and year, installation photos, operating conditions and a video of the symptom if available. Keep the original configuration and fault evidence for review. Request the correct service procedure and written warranty terms for the supplied unit.
