Parking AC Error Codes — Full Reference List
This is the consolidated error-code reference for the four VS02 PRO / ZH 1000 / VC 1000 / VC 2000 controller platforms. Codes are grouped by category — sensor, pressure, power, communication and motor — with root cause and recommended field action for each.

Sensor errors — E1, E2, E3

E1: cabin / return-air NTC open or short. Check sensor connector and resistance (10 kΩ at 25°C). E2: evaporator coil NTC open or short. E3: ambient / condenser NTC open or short. Replace faulty sensor — typical part cost under USD 10.

Pressure switch errors — P1, P2

P1: high-pressure switch open (>3.0 MPa). Causes: condenser fan failure, condenser blockage, refrigerant overcharge. P2: low-pressure switch open (<0.05 MPa). Cause: refrigerant leak. Diagnose and fix root cause before resetting.

Power errors — F1, F2, F3, F4, F5

F1: IPM over-current. F2: IPM over-temperature. F3: compressor over-temperature. F4: DC bus over-voltage. F5: DC bus under-voltage. F1/F2 usually indicate compressor or controller failure. F3 indicates inadequate cooling — check coolant or oil. F4/F5 are battery/charging system issues.

Communication errors — C1, C2

C1: indoor-to-outdoor unit communication lost. Check the 4-wire harness between indoor and outdoor sections. C2: HMI display to mainboard communication lost. Re-seat the ribbon cable.

Motor errors — H1, H2

H1: indoor fan motor stall. Check for obstruction or failed Hall sensor. H2: outdoor / condenser fan motor stall. Same diagnostic. Both fan motors are field-replaceable plug-and-play assemblies.
