Qingdao Vethy Industrial Co., Ltd. works in strategic cooperation with Jingzhou Chutai New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (CTNET) to connect vehicle HVAC project development with specialist manufacturing.

For new programs, VETHY leads customer-facing project development and the proposed commercial arrangement. Contracting entities, signing authority, bidder eligibility and any government or public-sector liaison are defined by the buyer’s requirements, the agreed mandate and the project agreement.

03 / DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
Passenger comfort depends on the vehicle, its operating environment and how the HVAC system is integrated. Our project review brings those decisions together before a production configuration is agreed.
Define the passenger load, operating climate, fresh-air requirement and door-opening duty. Review cabin zones, duct routing and the available roof package before selecting a system.
Project output to agree: a thermal design brief with installation and operating conditions.
Review the vehicle electrical architecture, compressor and fan control, driver interface, diagnostics and communication needs. CTNET’s materials show PLC, touch-screen and CAN control options for application review.

Set the sample configuration and installation review. Agree how cooling, heating, noise, electrical safety and the relevant market requirements will be evaluated.

For bus OEMs, public transport operators, government agencies and institutional fleets, VETHY can coordinate the HVAC technical response and manufacturer documentation around the actual procurement requirements.
Map vehicle duty, performance requirements, delivery milestones and required evidence into a clear technical response.
Coordinate model selection, drawings, vehicle interfaces and a compliance or deviation schedule with CTNET.
Identify the product data, applicable test reports, manufacturer authorization and project references required by the buyer.
Agree samples, inspections, production batches, installation support and handover records before contract execution.
Bidder eligibility, manufacturer authorization, certification scope and local participation requirements are checked for each tender. The parties and responsibilities in the submission must match the actual contracting arrangement.

BEFORE WE BEGIN
VETHY is the customer-facing coordination point for application requirements, technical discussion and commercial delivery planning. The scope agreed with the buyer defines VETHY’s and CTNET’s responsibilities for development, manufacturing and support.
A truck sleeper-cab system and a passenger-bus HVAC system have different design duties. A bus project needs its own capacity, airflow, electrical and installation review. The CTNET-EVAC systems on this page do not inherit the ratings of VETHY’s 12V/24V parking air conditioners.
Share the tender documents and vehicle brief. We can coordinate the technical response, manufacturer information and proposed delivery plan. The bidder entity, eligibility, applicable certificates and authorization must be confirmed for the specific tender.
Send the platform, market, quantities and required documentation through the project enquiry form. We will define the documents and review arrangements needed for the proposed configuration. VETHY’s existing certificate library remains available for its stated scope.
The selected CTNET records document bus OEM supply relationships, transit-program coordination and supplier governance. They help show the specialist experience behind VETHY and CTNET’s cooperation.
