Working principle of automobile Evaporator:

1. The evaporator is a very important component in the air conditioning system. Its function is to evaporate the low-temperature, low-pressure liquid refrigerant from the expansion valve into a gaseous state in its pipeline. This is an endothermic process that makes the evaporator and its surroundings evaporate. The temperature of the air decreases, so it has a cooling effect;

2. Strictly speaking, the evaporator is a cold heat exchanger. The key component to realize the evaporation process is the "expansion valve". The expansion valve is also called a throttle valve and is installed at the entrance of the evaporator;

3. It is the dividing point between high pressure and low pressure in the refrigeration system. Its function is to throttle and decompress the high pressure liquid refrigerant from the receiver dryer, adjust and control the amount of liquid refrigerant entering the evaporator, so that the temperature and pressure are higher. After the liquid refrigerant passes through the expansion valve, its volume becomes larger, its pressure and temperature drop sharply, and the refrigerant appears in the evaporator in the form of mist (tiny liquid droplets). This is the heat absorption principle of the evaporator.
